Dia & Co. Subscription

I started a bi-monthly subscription with Dia & Co. A company that styles plus sized women (size 14-32) with the latest fashions. On your profile, you input your size and preferences – style, fabrics, prints vs solids, and clothing budget.

My first box, I’m not going to lie, I tried it on and thought…eeh OK, but it’s not love; and I sent it all back!

This box, however, I LOVED it all. Luckily for me, my hubby is a great Mirror, Mirror; he hesitantly tells me what looks good and what does not (then he ducks, no, just kidding.)

So…….what was in the box?!?

Hopkins jeans, by Rebel Wilson x Angeld in dark wash. I loved the dark wash color (almost a black, and very appropriate for workday attire). I also loved the tapered fit on my legs. Unfortunately, they sent me a size too big, I’m exchanging them for a smaller size.

Karin rolled up sleeve blouse, by Daniel Rain, in navy floral. Beautiful colors and nice fabric. A perfect blouse for work! I loved the neckline, style (flowy with 3/4 sleeves), and the print was georgous! But the fit did not agree with my body type…. It also may have been a size too big. Hubby said it looked baggy and loose on me. I’d have to agree, it made my midsection and hips look larger. Hoping a size down will do the trick.

Gemma 3/4 Bell Sleeve Top with Key Hole, by East Adeline, in charcoal gray. I love, love, love this shirt! The shirt is nice for both work and non work activities alike. It fits really well, flattering in all the right places, and flowy around the hips where I need it. It is LOVE!!

Malibu Boho Maxi Dress, by East Adeline, in forest green/peach floral. B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L !!! I made a special request last box (when they ask you to rate your box, and ask for suggestions to help style your nect box); for a dress I could wear to a wedding I have in May. This dress is floor length, which is hard to come by as I stand tall at 5’11”. The dress is both flowy (like a maxi) and fitted (similar to a empire cut dress). There is a uber feminine deep V neck, flowy sleeve (to hide my bat wings) and a fitted bust area, then it drops to a beautiful, flowy, waterfall of gorgeous! Hubby could not stop complementing the dress on me. I cannot wait to wear this to the wedding!

Faura Shoulder Bag, style Arizona, in Burgundy. Beautiful bag, I love the embroidered multi colored floral design on the bag. The only complaint I had was the embroidered design had some runs and loose threads, so I’m exchanging it for a new one.

Dia & Co charges $20/month styling fee, that you get back when you purchase something from the box. If you decide not to purchase, you do forfeit the $20 that month (it does not accrue in your account). You also get a 25% discount when you purchase the whole box! A return bag with lable is included in your box, and shipping is FREE both ways; including any size exchanges.

The items in my box, which I have set in the lower price range (my budget), are beautiful. They are high quality fabrics and prints, and I would pay as much in a retail store (with coupons) such as Lane Bryant, as I do with this service. I love that my dressing room is my bedroom, and I can mix and match items with my existing wardrobe.
